For those of you not familiar with the “Estate Sale” Process—An estate or moving sale is a 2 or 3 day sale held inside the main living area, the garage and basement of a home.

"BEST BY FAR" Sales Provides:

  • All supplies, such as tables, tablecloths, display racks, security cases, lighting, receipt books and anything else necessary to enhance or secure sales items
  • We provide a staff of experienced, knowledgeable people to sort, clean, set-up, organize and price ALL items in the sale. (There are lots of $ in the minor items if they are priced) We stage the furniture and accessories to maximize exposure. We move small and higher ticket items to cases where they are secure.
  • We research items for current selling prices from price guides and internet sources and use an experienced reference staff to assist when necessary in specialty areas such as art, sports items, collectibles, electronics, books, paper, coins, military, etc
  • We provide sufficient staff on sale day, so that all items will be as secure as possible. This includes cashiers, wrappers, and watchers. We also have a crew member at the front door THE ENTIRE SALE, managing the number of people allowed in the house and checking bags and receipts for larger items going out.
  • We accept cash, and all major credit cards.
  • We provide written receipts for all items with a value of $15 or more
  • We have a large local following and a sizable email list of regular customers. We have a reputation for being honest, organized and fairly priced. Our email list and internet presence currently reach over 4500 customers.
  • We advertise in area newspapers, on our website and with estatesales.net. We use professional digital photographs to help showcase your items.
  • We can provide a total house cleanout at the end of the sale for an additional fee.
